Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Thursday dismissed speculation about power-sharing in the Congress government and warned party members against speaking on the subject, while Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Wednesday asserted he would complete his five-year term.
DK Shivakumar said, “No one is permitted to speak on power-sharing, including Kunigal MLA Dr HD Ranganath. I have asked Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) Working President GC Chandrashekhar to issue a notice. Where is the discussion on power-sharing? I am only saying this, nothing is to be discussed.”
