In a cryptic message, DK Shivakumar stated, ‘The biggest force in the world is to keep one’s word. Those standing at the back don’t know the value of the chair, what value and significance the chair holds’. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has indicated that he, along with Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, will decide on the matter.
