Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar presented a united front today following a breakfast meeting at the CM’s residence in Bengaluru. Amidst speculation of a leadership tussle, both leaders asserted they would follow the Congress High Command’s directives. Siddaramaiah stated, ‘D.K. Shivakumar came to my house today… We had breakfast together,’ confirming the meeting was suggested by K.C. Venugopal. D.K. Shivakumar added, ‘We are united and there is no differences between D.K. Shivakumar and myself.’ They also discussed strategies for the upcoming Assembly session in Belagavi starting December 8.
