A 35-year-old BJP worker, Vinay Somaiya, was found dead by suicide in his Bengaluru office. In a WhatsApp death note, he alleged harassment by Congress leaders and a politically motivated FIR in Madhikiri. The suicide follows Somaiya’s recent arrest based on a complaint by a Congress leader. The Karnataka Home Minister has assured a probe into the incident.
