At the India Today Conclave 2026, Karan Adani, Managing Director, Adani Ports & SEZ Ltd, outlined the conglomerate’s ambitious vision for the next 10 to 15 years. He stated the group’s aspiration is to become ‘globally the cheapest power generator’ and ‘the cheapest logistics provider’, while also aiming to be ‘one of the most respected groups, not just in India, but globally.’
He detailed the group’s 60,000 crore pledge made on Gautam Adani’s 60th birthday, focused on healthcare, skill development, and education. The group plans to construct 30 hospitals in the next 10 years and expand their network of 300 schools, making education completely free and accessible. On decision-making during uncertain times, Karan shared his management philosophy: ‘the worst thing you can do is not take a decision.’
