A Kannada actor, Manjula, also known as Shruti, has been hospitalized after being stabbed by her husband on July 4th. The incident stemmed from domestic disputes between the couple, who have been married for 20 years. Police have arrested the husband, Ambarish, and registered a case of attempted murder against him. The attack occurred shortly after the couple had reconciled and started living together again following a period of separation. According to the investigation, financial disputes were the primary reason behind the stabbing.
