During his presentation, Bijlani demonstrates how AI agents can bridge the gap in healthcare by triaging symptoms and booking doctor appointments in local languages. He highlights the critical role these agents can play in the education sector, addressing challenges such as the low counselor-to-student ratio and scholarship unawareness. Bijlani notes, ‘The local language AI agents can be used for admissions, they can be used for tutor booking, parent support, schemes, scholarship, exam preparation, carrier navigation, and so on.’ The session also features a demonstration of a physics tutor AI agent that simplifies complex concepts like Ohm’s Law through interactive, conversational learning. Bijlani emphasises that while AI agents will scale support and handle high volumes of queries 24/7, human educators will remain essential to scale the overall impact and maintain control over the learning process.
