At least seven people were killed in an explosion at a crackers manufacturing unit in Kakinada district on Saturday, Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha said. The Home Minister said the death toll could rise and confirmed that several injured persons had been shifted to nearby hospitals for treatment.
