In an interview with Rajdeep Sardesai, Israel’s Ambassador to India Reuven Azar explained the reasons behind Israel’s military actions against Iran.
He claimed that Iran was secretly trying to develop a nuclear weapon and hide its facilities underground. He also said recent diplomacy efforts in Geneva failed as Iran refused to negotiate on key issues like missiles and regional activities.
Azar defended Israel’s actions, saying the country has the right to protect itself after years of attacks.
