Indians in the Gulf nations have been caught in the crossfire between unidentified parties in an ongoing conflict. More than 50,000 stranded nationals have returned home since the war began, with Indian airlines leading the evacuation mission. The conflict has severely impacted flight operations, with IndiGo recording 16,344 flights affected, SpiceJet with 6,597 flights, Air India Express with 5,214 flights, Air India with 2,706 flights, Star Air with approximately 1,600 flights, and Akasa with 1,039 flights taking a hit. This data covers the period from 28th February, when the war began, until the time of reporting. Warnings have been issued that strikes will continue for the next couple of weeks, with several targets already having been struck in the region.
