Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has firmly ruled out any nuclear negotiations with the United States, calling them a “sheer dead end.”
In a hard-hitting address, Khamenei accused the US of trying to dictate terms, not negotiate — demanding a full shutdown of Iran’s uranium enrichment programme.
