At least 12 U.S. troops were injured in an Iranian strike on Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, according to reports, with two personnel said to be seriously wounded.
The incident adds to the growing toll on U.S. forces since the war began, with more than 300 service members reported wounded so far.
U.S. officials say 273 injured troops have already returned to duty, while 13 American personnel have been killed in the conflict.
The latest attack underscores the escalating risks to U.S. forces deployed across the region.
