Iranian state media IRIB News has released footage showing underground storage facilities with rows of missiles and launchers, describing it as just the tip of the iceberg. The release comes after Israel and the United States claimed they had completely decimated Iran’s air power and naval capabilities. The visuals show not only missile caches and silos but also launcher capabilities and multi-barrel launchers inside tunnels, with graffiti marked on missiles. Defence analyst Pranay Upadhyay, discussing the development, noted that Iran has been building these missile silos for at least ten years and is engaged in a narrative war to demonstrate its sustained military capabilities. He suggested Iran aims to show it has not used even a fraction of its missile capabilities and is fighting for its survival, hoping world pressure will force a ceasefire.
