Iran-linked hackers have claimed responsibility for a major cyberattack targeting U.S. medical technology company Stryker Corporation, causing widespread disruptions across its global network. The hacktivist group Handala said it carried out the attack as retaliation amid escalating tensions linked to the ongoing conflict involving Iran, the United States, and Israel.
According to reports, the cyberattack disrupted access to internal systems, leaving thousands of employees unable to log into company networks. Some staff were reportedly instructed to disconnect devices as engineers worked to contain the breach.
