A high-level security meeting was held at the Prime Minister’s residence following the Pahalgam attack. The meeting was attended by the tri-service chiefs, NSA, CDS, and Defence Minister. Sources indicate the PM expressed full faith in the armed forces and gave them complete freedom to deal with terrorism.
