Speaking to Executive Editor Shweta Singh, Bhardwaj confirms that the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) has directed the airline to clear all pending refunds by a strict deadline. Bhardwaj states, ‘the deadline has been fixed for 7th of December, that is tomorrow 8pm’. Additionally, the Ministry has enforced airfare caps to prevent opportunistic pricing during the crisis.
