An IndiGo flight from Guwahati to Chennai declared a fuel mayday on June 20th due to congestion at Chennai airport. The flight was diverted to Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport, where it made an emergency landing at 8:11 PM. After refueling and a two-hour stopover, the flight resumed its journey to Chennai. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) was kept informed of the developments.
