India has adopted a multi-pronged strategy to combat Pakistan state-sponsored radical Islamist terror. The approach includes diplomatic measures, such as holding the Indus Waters Treaty in abeyance, targeting overground workers of terrorist organizations within India, and conducting military strikes on terror bases in Pakistan.
