India and the United States have launched a cooperative program for critical minerals recovery and processing. They agreed to enhance energy cooperation, including civil nuclear energy and small modular reactors. The countries will work on US-designed nuclear reactors in India with localization and technology transfer. A new partnership between US National Science Foundation and Indian Anusandhan was announced for research in emerging technologies. The leaders committed to addressing illegal immigration and strengthening law enforcement cooperation.
