Key announcements included the establishment of the first Jan Aushadhi Kendra outside India in Mauritius and Indian support for a 500-bed hospital and an Ayush Centre of Excellence. Cooperation in energy security was highlighted, with India providing 100 electric buses and support for a 17.5 MW floating solar power plant. A significant quote from the meeting was, "This package is not an assistance, it is an investment in our shared future." The partnership also extends to maritime security, with India committed to strengthening Mauritius’ maritime capacity and securing its exclusive economic zone, along with agreements in human resource development and technology.
