Assembly elections will be held in Jammu and Kashmir for the first time since the scrapping of Article 370, with the Union Territory going to polls in three phases from September 18. The other two phases will be on September 25 and October 1. Votes will be counted on October 4 along with that of Haryana, which votes on October 1.
