In Sydney, Australia, India’s Defence Minister Rajnath Singh met Australia’s Assistant Defence Minister Peter Khalil. Singh said India’s DRDO and Australia’s Defence Science and Technology Group are working together on towed array sensors. Later this year, they plan to explore collaboration in quantum technology, AI, cybersecurity, information warfare, and advanced science. Singh invited Australian companies to partner with Indian industries to co-develop and co-produce advanced systems like propulsion technologies, underwater vehicles, flight simulators, and materials. He said joint ventures can create systems that support the strategic goals of both countries.
