In a meeting with Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar said both countries must work together to fight all forms of terrorism. He noted that India and Afghanistan share a goal of growth and prosperity, but cross-border terrorism threatens this. Jaishankar thanked Afghanistan for supporting India after the Pahalgam terrorist attack and for understanding India’s security concerns.
