He stated, ‘The only thing certain about existing business is uncertainty,’ emphasizing how geopolitical developments now dominate business planning from morning to night. Tiku discussed India’s energy security, noting that India recently purchased 30 million barrels of Russian oil in a single day after American restrictions were removed. He highlighted that renewable energy is the cheapest form of electricity for India but warned of supply chain risks, with 90% of the PV industry and battery industry controlled by China. Despite global uncertainties, Tiku affirmed that India remains a bright spot for investment due to its domestic demand, young population of 1.4 billion people, and infrastructure needs. He also addressed real estate sector opportunities, linking them to India’s ongoing urbanization, though he called for more government intervention to make housing affordable.
