The bill, described as Trump’s signature second-term policy package, was approved by House Republicans before a self-imposed 4th of July deadline, despite multiple setbacks. Key features of the bill include no tax on tips, overtime, and Social Security for seniors. It also includes provisions to rescue over 2 billion family farms from the estate tax, also referred to as the death tax. Trump stated, ‘No tax on tips, no tax on overtime, and no tax on Social Security for our great seniors.’
