Hindenburg Research, the US short-selling firm that shook billionaire Gautam Adani’s empire and wiped out billions from his companies, is shutting its doors, founder Nate Anderson revealed on Wednesday. Announcing the decision, Anderson in a note said that running the firm has "been the adventure of a lifetime".
"The plan has been to wind up after we finished the pipeline of ideas we were working on," Anderson wrote in a heartfelt note. "That day is today."
