At least 15 people have died after a landslide in Himachal Pradesh’s Bilaspur district. The incident occurred when debris from the landslide, caused by heavy rains, fell on a private bus carrying about 30 passengers. According to the transcript, the event took place today evening near Balu Ghat. Three people have been rescued, and search operations involving police and disaster response teams are ongoing. The region had been under an orange and red alert for 48 to 72 hours due to the weather. Himachal’s Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri has assured that "full assistance whether the medical or sort of any financial support will be given to the victims."
