A hand grenade attack occurred at the Thakurvar temple in Amritsar early morning. Two motorcycle-borne attackers, captured on CCTV, hurled the grenade at the temple premises. No injuries were reported. Punjab police suspect a Pakistan link. The opposition criticises the state and central governments over deteriorating law and order. Concerns about cross-border activities and drone incursions were also raised.
