Gurugram Crash Case: Accused Kuldeep Thakur Tried To Get Back Dated License | India Today | Breaking

The accused in the fatal SUV-bike collision in Gurugram, which killed a 23-year-old man, is a repeat offender and has been previously fined for wrong side driving and wrong side parking. Akshat Garg died last week after his bike was hit by an SUV that was being driven recklessly in the wrong direction on Golf Course Road in DLF Phase II.
