In a fatal crash in Gurgaon, accused Kuldeep Thakur, out on bail, has failed to provide a driving license to the police. Thakur’s SUV, bearing a BJP sticker, struck and killed a young biker, Akshat Garg, while driving on the wrong side of the road. The incident was caught on a GoPro camera, but it took the police three days to collect the evidence. Thakur has a history of driving violations and was fined for these offences in August.
