After Nadiad got municipal corporation status, the civic body started a demolition drive.
Municipal Commissioner G. H. Solanki said that the court had ordered the corporation to find other arrangements to avoid any possible accidents. After giving notices to the shopkeepers for six months, the demolition of the building has now begun.
