The weather body has issued a red alert for the Kachchh and Saurashtra regions, which include Kachchh, Dwarka, Jamnagar, Morbi, Surendranagar, Junagadh, Rajkot, Botad, Girsomnath, Amreli and Bhavnagar. Similarly, it has issued a yellow alert for North Gujarat, Central Gujarat and South Gujarat.
