Gujarat is set to get a new council of ministers today, a day after Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel’s cabinet resigned en bloc ahead of the expansion. Twenty-five ministers, including BJP MLA Rivaba Jadeja, wife of cricketer Ravindra Jadeja, will take oath at 11.30 am. Earlier today, Chief Minister Patel met Governor Acharya Devvrat to submit the list of ministers to be dropped and those to be inducted into the new cabinet. Of the 25 ministers taking oath, around six from the previous council are likely to be retained, according to sources.
