These Scandinavian-style lounges offer clean restrooms, charging facilities, water dispensers, and real-time surveillance for safety. Gig workers, including food delivery agents, previously rested in bus stands or restaurants, now express satisfaction with this dedicated space. One worker stated, "Before this launch, we had to take rest in the sunshine. In the rainy season, we had to stand in the middle of the street in the sun."
