Grammy Awards 2025: Indian-American Chandrika Tandon Wins Grammy for 'Triveni' Album

Chandrika Krishnamoorthy Tandon, Indian-American entrepreneur and vocalist, has won a Grammy Award for her album ‘Triveni’ in the Best New Age, Ambient or Chant Album category. She beat other nominees including Ricky Kej and Anoushka Shankar. Tandon, sister of former PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi, is trained in Hindustani, Carnatic and Western music traditions. The Grammy Awards also saw controversy with Kanye West and his wife Bianca’s appearance on the red carpet.
