The transcript features the harrowing account of survivor Bhavna Joshi, who lost her husband and three sisters in the inferno. She recalls, ‘My husband saw that there was a small fire… If he had controlled it, it wouldn’t have been such a big fire.’ The programme also highlights the alleged negligence, with the club operating illegally on a salt pan zone, and the subsequent demolition drive ordered by Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.
