An Indian astronaut, Group Captain Subhanshu Shukla, has shared gajar ka halwa with the Axiom crew at the International Space Station. The Indian dessert was part of a diverse menu that included shrimp cocktails and savoury chicken during an off-duty celebration. The gajar ka halwa and moong dal ka halwa were specially developed by ISRO in collaboration with DRDO for space missions. This event occurred as part of the Axiom 4 mission, which is coming to an end. The mission involved 60 experiments from 31 nations, with Shukla conducting seven experiments developed by India. The undocking of the Dragon spacecraft named Grace is scheduled for July 14th at 4:35 PM IST. #internationalspacestation #axiommission #shubhanshushukla #itwebvideos #spacefood #spaceexperiments #indianastronaut #isro #drdo #spaceresearch
