Former Karnataka DGP Om Prakash has been stabbed to death at his Bengaluru residence. His wife Pallavi and daughter Kruti have been arrested for questioning. According to sources, Pallavi allegedly threw chilli powder in Om Prakash’s eyes before stabbing him multiple times in the neck and head during lunch.
