Fire Breaks Out Inside Legislative Assembly in Jammu, Photos Of Former Governors & LGs Burnt
A fire broke out inside the lobby of the Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly building in Jammu, causing significant damage early this morning. The blaze reportedly engulfed several parts of the lobby, destroying furniture including sofas, chairs, and infrastructure worth lakhs of rupees. Notably, photographs of former Governors and Lieutenant Governors of J&K were also lost in the fire. Firefighting teams swiftly responded to the incident and managed to bring the flames under control. The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, and an investigation is underway.
