Geetanjali Angmo, wife of detained activist Sonam Wangchuk, has filed a habeas corpus petition in the Supreme Court challenging his detention under the National Security Act (NSA). Wangchuk was detained following protests in Ladakh on September 24. In an interview, Angmo states she has had no contact with her husband for a week and has not received the detention order, calling it a violation of his rights. She refutes allegations that he incited violence or has a "Pakistan link," calling them baseless propaganda.
