According to a Wall Street Journal report, Musk has been making private arrangements with women, offering his sperm and using surrogates to address what he sees as declining birth rates. Cryptocurrency influencer Tiffany Fong claimed Musk privately messaged her about having his child, while Ashley Saint Clair alleges she was offered $15 million to keep Musk’s name off a birth certificate.
