The Enforcement Directorate has filed a charge sheet naming Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi as accused in a money laundering case related to Young Indian Private Limited. The ED alleges that by spending 50 lakh rupees, they acquired properties worth 988 crore rupees. The investigation involves 142 crore rupees allegedly channeled through advertisements and fake rent receipts. The ED claims the Gandhis were the ultimate beneficiaries of these funds and properties linked to National Herald.
