Dubai International Airport has temporarily suspended all flights as a precautionary measure following a drone attack that struck a fuel tank in the vicinity of the airport. The incident caused a fire which has since been contained by Dubai civil defence teams. No injuries have been reported. The Dubai Civil Aviation Authority announced the suspension to ensure the safety of all passengers and staff, with travellers advised to contact their respective airlines for flight updates. This marks the third attack on Dubai International Airport, with previous incidents occurring on March 11 when two drones fell near the airport. The ongoing conflict has seen multiple attacks on UAE facilities including iconic buildings and ports, with UAE authorities confirming they shot down four missiles and seven to eight drones yesterday.
