The mortal remains of former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh will be moved from his residence at 3 Motilal Nehru Marg to the AICC headquarters. Leaders across party lines will pay their final respects. The last rites will be performed at Nigambodh Ghat with full state honours. A memorial will be built as per the cabinet’s approval following a request from Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.
