A second FIR has been registered against suspended BJP MLA Basanagoda Patil Yatnal in Karnataka, this time by the Mandya police. According to the FIR, Yatnal made "provocative speeches against certain communities." This marks the second instance of an opposition MLA being booked by the government for such speeches, following a case against CTW from the BJP.
