A flash flood in Manuni, Dharamshala has left six people missing and two dead. Rescue operations, which began at 4 AM on Wednesday, are ongoing with NDRF teams joining from Noopur. The disaster management authority has issued advisories warning people to avoid rivers. An orange alert has been issued for today, followed by a yellow alert from June 27th. The administration has announced compensation of 400,000 for affected families.
