Union Civil Aviation Minister has spoken to Shivraj Singh Chouhan after the latter complained about a broken seat on an Air India flight from Bhopal to Delhi. Air India has apologised for the incident. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) will examine the issue and suggest measures. Chouhan raised concerns about passenger experience despite full fare payment.
