JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar took oath as the Bihar Chief Minister for a record 10th time, days after spearheading the NDA to a landslide victory in the Bihar Assembly elections.
The 74-year-old socialist leader, whose relevance was questioned repeatedly in the run-up to the elections, was sworn in at the historic Gandhi Maidan in Patna, along with the BJP’s Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha as his deputies.
