The Delhi High Court has granted parole to AIMIM candidate Tahir Hussain, accused in the Delhi riots case, to file his nomination for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. Hussain is contesting from the Mustafabad constituency. The court has barred him from making public speeches or interacting with the media during his parole. The last date for filing nominations is 17th January. Hussain faces serious allegations, including murder charges, with 11 FIRs against him.
