Investigations by multiple agencies, including the NIA and Delhi Police, point to a Jaish-e-Mohammed terror module, with exclusive CCTV footage showing a suspect, Dr. Mohammad Umar, driving the vehicle used in the explosion. According to India Today’s Arvind Ojha, ‘The agency believes that Mohammad Umar has also died.’ The probe is also linked to the recent arrest of two doctors and the seizure of 2,900 kg of explosives from Faridabad.
